why am i sick alot of the time?!

Question: Why am i sick alot of the time?
Im 14. About the last month and half ive really cut back on how much i eat. But since ive been doing that i am sick after tea time nearly EVERY night, not alot but im still sick. If im not sick i feel really sick.

Also the other day at school, i was stood talking to my mate and all of a sudden i felt really really faint, hot and sick. It went after half an hour once id taken my jumper off and had some water. Its been happening for the last month or so.
Whats wrong with me ?

Well, I'm no doctor, but the body tells us what we need to know. Paying attention to it is key to staying healthy. Fit and healthy. And I'm not talking about sugar cravings that just make you feel like you're still hungry after eating it (and tons of junk) because you're body is simply wanting nutrients that you haven't fed it. ...and then you you just eat more junk and the body is still nutrient free - and STILL hungry.
Anywho, you're body is telling you to eat, I'd say. So eat. And eat right. And if you work out or are active, eat more. Like the comparison of our bodies to a car. In order to drive, you need fuel. Just think premium fuel (healthy foods) and your body will run smoothly and efficiently. Any over-eating results will melt away and any under-eating symptoms should disappear.
Take care of your body, it's the only one you've got. Don't stuff it or deprive it, find balance for it and treat it like you deserve to be treated.

Just my own thoughts.

As you said, you've been cutting back on how much you eat. This could affect the amount of nutrients in your body. Remember that you shouldn't just eat fruit and vegetables as you also need the right amount of everything else, including fats. This could combine with the weather seeing as you are asking from Australia. So try and eat a balanced diet. If this doesn't work, consult your doctor.

maybe you have low immunity

I think you need to find a way to get more nutrients and vitamins.
