Why do I walk so slowly?!

Question: Why do I walk so slowly?

I am male and 17 and for some reason when I am walking around everyone always have to say excuse me. It is really annoying. One of the things that I hate is when I am walking someone is like two inches behind me and it feels like they are following me. I call that walking tailgaeting. I would like to know is there a way where I can walk faster? I would like to know.

This seems like an easy fix. Just speed up! Start walking at the same speed as everyone around you and eventually you will just start walking at a normal pace.

I was slightly pigeon-toed. I just started focusing on walking normal, and now I do without trying to :)
