Question: What is wrong ? can someone help ?

My body is soooooooo sore . every muscle my calves my muscles by and in my butt shoulders just everything . it tingles and burns and it feels like im lugging around cinderblocks. it hurts when i sit down take a deep breath and cough . its hurts badddddddd all my muscles . and it hurts when i sleep . what is wrong ? helpppp
