How to deal with sleeping problems?!


Question: How to deal with sleeping problems?
Off and on from the time I left high school 7/8 years ago I have been constantly having trouble sleeping. I never really drank coffee, tea or pop so my caffeine in take is pretty low. I get a fair amount of exercise, I would like to get more in but with me being in my last term of my degree I am constantly swamped. at night when I am trying to sleep I am always very restless with a lot of things on my mind. For the last 2.5 weeks I have been running on an average of 2 hours of sleep a week....

Is there anything anyone can recomend for getting some good natural sleep. I would prefer not to take sleeping pills

With your schedule right now I would be surprised if you did get a lot of sleep. When your mind is always going it is hard to sleep. Some things that can help are, don't exercise close to bed time, do not nap during the day, and don't sleep with a clock where you can see it from your bed.
