What will happen to my infected toe nails/finger?!

Question: What will happen to my infected toe nails/finger?
I have two infected toes due to my Eating disorder. I really, really want to recover now fully (I've been getting better but I could do much much better). My infections make me want to get better because I don't want to get any worse. I've been to the doctor several times and I've been there several times because I stopped taking the meds because I forgot and got lazy and just didn't give a s***. (just being honest). Now I really want to get better, and hoping that I don't need surgery. I don't have the money and I don't have health insurance (which is part of the reason why I didn't get this taken care of a long time ago). What do you guys think? I'm really scared. I really don't want surgery. The first toe (first pic) lost a nail and it was real puffy before and bleeding a lot and it hurt a lot (months ago, maybe even a year ago). The second nail did the same thing but not that bad, but the entire nail did not fall off. My pointer finger, I slammed my car door on my finger, which cause a huge cut, therefore leading to an infection. The nail is about to fall off. What do you guys think? I feel like I'm going to die soon!!! I might be overreacting but I really feel that way! If anyone can help that be really appreciated. Oh..and I apology for how nasty my feet are.
