Question: Have little red dots all over stomach and neck?
2 days ago i noticed little red dots (pimple sized) on right side of stomach.... then yesterday i noticed it was on my entire stomach and now it has spread up my neck. i have anxiety and stress (severly) and i am worried about it! they arent that itchy, the thought of it makes it itchy. what could it be?

You could be breaking out or having an allergic reaction. It could be from a new medicine, pets, food, etc. but you should definitely see a doctor as it could turn serious!
if you have had chicken pox it could be shingles, which is the same virus. i would go see a doctor about them
