why does my stomach kinda burn when i drink water?!


Question: Why does my stomach kinda burn when i drink water?
so im 16 and im a heavy pepsi drinker.. i used to drink pepsi for breakfast lunch and dinner and i never drunk water, but ive been cutting down and drinking more water, but when i drink the water i get kind of a burning sensation in my stomach, is that like the water cleaning out my system or something?

Your body may be adjusting to the lack of caffeine. Ordinarily drinking water should not make your stomach hurt.
