I saved my son with this one.I told him it just feels that way,when everything seems to be coming at you at once!Remind your self im not going crazy & rome wasn't built in a day!Use what you need and put the rest a side- back burner.He's not so hard on his self any more.And really things always have a way of working it's self out.You don't have to fight the whole world! Man isn't that a Relief! This feeling of suicidal is all the baggage "all the other stuff" you can't be bothered with explaining is unnecessary weight your dragging around.GET rid of IT!When I felt that way I would remind myself someone else has it worse then I do & they made it!But if they thought to kill them self's they wouldn't be where the are now -on top! Would death be better than this?You won't get donuts there.

Dump the trash u carry around,it's an unnecessary load.You can find strength in asking the higher power 4 help,that's one of the best tools we own.You can call your local mental health & they can direct you,u may be feel better with meds.If u don't find help tell me & i keep checking my email 4 u.I wish the best 4 you,this will pass to.
