is it okay in certain situations to make yourself throw up? seriously.?!

Question: Is it okay in certain situations to make yourself throw up? seriously.?
I don't know if anyone else's body does this, but like every year my body gets to a certain point where I feel so sick of all the junk i've fed it over time and I stay sick until I throw up and get rid of it.

I know that time is getting closer and closer because my stomach is churning everyday and I feel it rising up my throat sometimes and I get that acidy feeling in it. I've thought about rather than waiting for that moment where I'll need to throw up asap to get here, (which is gonna happen any day now), i should just stick my finger down my throat until I throw up so just get it over with. I'm so sick of this gross feeling.

I ate a few hours ago though so I don't want to feel starved when I get up and go on a binge tomorrow, you know?

Eat healthier. Problem solved.

no it is not okay.

I think you should talk to someone about it.

Probably it's just a heartburn =) your stomach gets too acid, and gives that awfull feeling.Have you tried having some antiacid? Throwing up would be really just a last resort; all this acid going back trough your esopha can cause from minor irritation to ulcer, if you do it a lot. But if it is just once in a while, it's ok, since throwing up is a safety mechanism from the body to keep you from eating things that'd do bad for your health.

However, if this feeling is constant, got to a doctor, since it'd be "esopha reflux" (your stomach membrane doesnt work accordingly, and some stomach acid reflux to your esopha, giving this feeling.Usually some surgery is done to repair this.If it's not your case, stick to the antiacid, it works wonders)
