How to help vomit induced dehydration?!

Question: How to help vomit induced dehydration?
I ended up throwing up quite a bit last night, and more this morning. In turn, I got dehydrated. What should I do for dehydration thats caused by vomiting? There's no dirreha, and the vomiting has ceased but I still feel really nauseated. What should I do?

I agree with Lucas.

well drink water if its possible if not try eating fruits, they have juice which is a combination of water and other things. if this doesn't work you need to see how dehydrated you are, you are severely deprived you need an IV line to replace the fluids.

start by drinking small amounts of water or gatorade. gatorade will be good b/c it will replenish your electrolytes. sucking on ice cubes works too. or you could freeze gatorade in ice trays and suck on those too. you don't want to take in too many liquids at once

Drink plenty of water and eat fruits to balance mineral contents. Even if nausea persists consult a doctor.
