Do girls' voices usually get higher, deeper, or do they not change at all?

Girl's voices change as well, just not as noticeable. They change slowly and at a younger age. My voice certainly isn't as high pitched and soft as it was, say 10 yrs ago when I was 10 yrs old.

They definitely change.
I don't think its possible to go higher...unless you're singing lol.
Haven't you heard those squeaky as little girls? Swear they'll stay like that.
And for example, I went back to visit my 6th grade teacher last year freshman year, she said wow your voice is deeper (she meant richer).
Not like a guy deep voice, more like a maturing young lady.

Naturally, like a boy, a girls voice is going to get deeper in puberty. Both the male and female vocal folds and larynx develop during puberty.
