Weird stomach ache/pains?!

Question: Weird stomach ache/pains?
I woke up this morning with what I thought were hunger pains, I tried to ignore them for an hour but I gave in and drank some water and coke and then ate some crackers and peanut butter. Nothing settled my stomach. I then puked thinking that maybe it would get better [it normally helps], so I then just drank some water. Maybe forty five minutes later, I puked again. My stomach feels a little better but not much. I am now chewing some peppermint gum and its helping a little. Any tips?

I can't afford any ginger ale or anything.

If your solution to hunger is water and coke, there's your sign.

Start your morning with something a little more nutritious. Scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cream of wheat, toast, etc. Crackers would be OK if you were feeling nauseous, but peanut butter is a but heavy on an upset stomach.

Coke is really not a good thing to drink on an empty stomach, or any other time. It can cause ulcers since it can damage the soft tissue of your stomach. Lots of empty calories and sugar anyway. If you need your caffeine, go with a latte or hot tea.

It sounds like you might be bulimic. You really need to see a doctor for proper treatment. Forcing yourself to throw up is not healthy. And dieting so severely will cause the opposite effect on your weight.
