Question: Why do I have neck/back hair?
Ok so I'm 13 and a girl. I have like black hair on my neck and upper back (my hair is blounde). When it comes it thickness I think it is a medium like not tons and tons of hair but not only a few strands. It so ichyyyy and It is winter time now (luckily) so I dont have to wear a swimsuit. In the winter time do we grow more hair because it's making your body warm? It's so ugly I feel very ugly I can't even wear my hair up without Someone maybe seeing it. My mom and dad aren't that hairy. What is wrong with me oh and ps I don't have that POS (whatever it is called I don't have guy jeans). Thanks!
Oh and ps like that's the only place I have really bad hair my legs aren't that bad so I shave them only 2 times in like 3 weeks. I don't have any black hair anywhere else.. WTF???

Well it's normal. I'm a 13 year old girl and I do too. Don't buy anything just tell your parents it's not even embarrassing.
Discuss it with your mum, if you want to wear low back dresses or swimsuits in the summer, you can get your mum to pluck out the hairs.
