Why can't I sleep without the fan on?!


Question: Why can't I sleep without the fan on?
If the fan isn't on I would stay up awake In bed for hours just thinking. Even if it's winter and the room is cold I still sleep with the fan on I just can't sleep without it. And if someone turns off the fan or puts it on low I wake up right away even if I was in a deep sleep.

I too,must sleep with my fan on,and always on the highest setting.For me? It blocks out almost all the outside and inside noise,and it's also a feeling of comfort,and security.It's a comfort and security just knowing my fan will be on whenever I sleep,and without my fan...I know I will be in for a long night.It is basically 3 things...1,comfort.2,security.3,blocks out almost all noise in and outside.My opinion from many years of sleeping with a fan.Take care.

I'm like that too ! Even tho its cold , I'll be under the blanket freezing bur I have to have tha fan on . Maybe its like a comfort thing ?
