First off, I think you mean a toad. Frogs have a smooth surface, and are smaller in size.

Toads do not have warts at all, that is just a myth. The bumps on it's skin are called 'paratoid glands', and are not warts in any shape or form.

Warts are contagious, but I've never heard of a toad having a wart.
You may want to wear flip flops at the public pool though, if you don't want warts.

By the way, frogs don't like being kissed. And they are kind of slimy.
