Question: Leg twich right before falling asleep, is that normal?
within 1 month i have experienced my leg twitch on 2 separate occasions, as in go up quickly right before i fell asleep, is this normal? i am 17, it only happens seconds before i am sleeping, and wakes me up, only happend twice but i am wondering if this is normal?

Lots of people do this. It is very common. If you take calcium as Babe suggested, make sure to take magnesium as well. Calcium will constipate you. Magnesium will help balance you out. You might want to take a good multi-vitamin if you're not, already.
It's not really 'normal' but it is common. Drink more milk or take a calcium pill every day. 500 mg a day should do it. Your muscles, bones, and teeth will be healthier for it.
