Dizzy and light headed?!
Question: Dizzy and light headed?
I don't have a head ach , if it helps I'm 13 , it's really scary and i don't know what to do when it happens ....
I am hungry so that could be the cause but,
What do you think causes this and what can I do when it happens again?

It sounds like it's probably your blood sugar dropping. Your blood sugar dropping can be dangerous if it gets too low and it can plummet pretty fast. Bring this up to your parents, you should probably be tested for diabetes or make sure your hypoglycemia is under control.
It could also have to do with your menstrual cycle. Getting light headed doesn't necessarily mean you are about to start, it could mean you are ovulating. It could also signal anemia if this is during your period. Whatever the issue is, it's important to bring up to your parents and get in to see a doctor.

If you are hungry sometimes your blood sugar will drop and make you dizzy. Try eating small meals during the day and see if that helps.
