Question: If I drink homemade chicken vegetable soup everyday is that consider healthy eating?
My mom makes this really delicious soup and she made her own chicken broth and with all sorts of vegetables. If I eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with water and daily exercise? Well, I be slim?

I am 16!! Is this healthy or no??

Don't do that. Not only will you get sick of it after a few days, but you'll become sick from eating the same thing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day and night. You need other foods to get all the vitamins and proteins your body needs.

Don't eat it for breakfast, try some carbs like wholemeal bread/cereal then with some fresh juice.

You can have it for lunch and dinner, I suppose. You will probably lose weight too fast though and that's pretty unhealthy.


PS, could you post the recipe? I'm looking for a recipe for soup that will help me eat heathier too!
