Question: Cant sleeeep.. need heeeeelp?
i have to get up at 430 an i can't go to sleep cuz i've only been up for almost 9 hours cuz i woke up at 2pm lol

Well one thing for sure it won't help being on this lol just try relaxing and dont think about anything.



Perhaps you are having trouble switching off at bedtime.

Common sleep aids include warm milk, Chamomile tea, 5-HTP, Melatonin and Valerian.

Some light exercise at bedtime often helps you to relax, unwind and switch off and that often improves your sleep.

Strenuous exercise at bedtime is likely to ruin your sleep.



do not think about anything just have a good sleep.if you want to sleep then you can do some excercise before going to sleep.just relax.nothing will have if you cannot reach the target.sleep is a must for you.or you can get good advice from learned people if you go through this site.just try to relax at night and have a sound sleep.

You should feel relief and relaxation once you learn to type and spell
so you should be able to sleep once you get a brain
