Random spot on my head hurts when I touch it?!

Today I noticed that whenever I press down on a certain spot on the top of my head (it's towards the back) it's like painful.. Almost like pins and needles. There's no bump on my head and I haven't hit my head there or anything and there's no chance that I could've gotten bit there by anything. I thought maybe it was my hair (you know how sometimes when you move your hair in different directions it can be painful), but it's not. It's painful like right on the surface of my scalp.
It doesn't bother me unless I press down on it, so I try not to do that haha.

I'm just wondering, does anyone know what this might be or could be related to?
