Is this normal for my body to do this?!

Question: Is this normal for my body to do this?
All my life my hands have been prone to mimic (do the same thing) as eachother, and recently I've discovered that Strobe Lights are also prone to making me pass out. I've got to know is this normal? My mom says not to worry about it, but when my teacher found out... she didn't think it was normal, and thought that something may be wrong with my bodily functions. I'm also prone to dizziness for no apperent reason, I get sick easily, and my body also gets numb, at the fingertips and my head. I want to know if this should be of concern, and if I should tell my docter, because this is normal... for me anyway.

Answers:

I think you should see a doctor. That's not normal for most people, in my opinion. My brother had the hand problem when he was young and it warranted some therapy (occupational). The strobe light thing makes me think about epilepsy though I'm not sure if dizziness and numbness might be caused by that. Yes, I think you should go to a doctor.

I would certainly tell my doctor. They may check you out and give you the all clear, but it's always better to err on the side of caution! It sounds like it's pretty scary for you!
Good luck with whatever you decide!

it kind of sounds like high or low blood pressure to me, i recommend going to your doctor & telling him about this, what your going through is def. not normal!

This needs to be mentioned to your Dr.

They will advise if this is normal or needs treatment.

go to a doctor, you could have a brain/nervous system disorder.
