Answers:
first- everyone has a different "rhythm" - some people go once a day - some every other day. Go when your body tells you to and don't worry about it.
Now it is good advice to take in more fiber- eat more fruit, bran flakes, vegetables, etc. There are also a number of supplements to increase fiber in your diet- but at your age you should go the natural route.
Also, drink more water - this helps "lubricate" everything - including making you run faster.
As to not gaining weight - nature has a way to fix that - just wait 20 years :)

Don't be embarrassed to talk with your doctor, he has heard it all before, likely he'll just recommend fibre powder for you. If it doesn't do the trick, go back, it might be time to get some tests done.
I had simular problems when I was younger, Now it bothers me much less.
Not everyone poops daily.

I dont gain weight either. We have high matabolismes or however you spell it lol. And dont worry. You dant have to poo EVERY day. Most people dont. Dont force it. When you have to go. Go.
for the first day go on an all fruit diet and then eat more fruit in general after that.
Hmm... Maybe you should try eating more fiber?
