Question: What can I eat that won't upset my stomach?
I have recently developed a sensitive stomach along with my depression. I want to know what foods I can eat and what foods I should eat..

Depression is a sign that you have a vitamin B12 deficiency! and vitamin B12 also effects stomach issues, so I really think you have a vitamin B12 deficiency. make sure you are getting enough probiotics (probiotics are found in most yogurts and can also be gotten from probiotic supplements). drink water with freshly squeezed lemons in it. lemons are very alkalizing and clean out the digestive tract! google which foods are alkalizing. alkalizing the body is good for any stomach issue. other things that are good for the digestive tract: flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, peppermint tea, 100% pure aloe vera juice (whole foods or other health food stores sells it). make sure you're drinking plenty of water on a daily basis to clean our body out.



So it came with your depression? Well I have that as well and I eat a ton of soup Romen is me fav. Bread is good. You should have a bread soup bowl yum yum yum. Or rice, nothing too spicy. So soup rice and bread.
