Why do i start shivering when i step outside of my comfort zone?!

Question: Why do i start shivering when i step outside of my comfort zone?
When I step outside of my comfort zone i begin to shake/ shiver uncontrollably. It happens when i'm doing the smallest things even if i'm kissing my boyfriend of 6 months, or confronting someone over something they said. I normally avoid standing up for myself, as I know I will begin to shake, and so people walk over me. Is it a confidence or anxiety thing? Anyone know how I can overcome it.

Thanks

Answers:

Sounds like anxiety to me. I used to get this in my late teens. I would suggest seeing a doctor about it first of, he might be able to give you a little help in the form of anti-anxiety drugs OR a councellor to help find out where it's coming from and how you're going to confront it so it doesn't take over your life.
Best of luck

This sounds exactly like me, i'm not kidding! I think it's definitely got something to do with anxiety. I always over think things, and assume the worst about situations and it gets me nervous and anxious therefore i shake, which can be embarassing. What might help is trying to think more positively. I know it's hard but it really can help. Think of yourself as powerful and strong and that you can do anything. If you tell yourself these things and act confident, you really will start to feel confident and the anxiety will reduce. This works for me so i hope it helps you too. Remember to be positive, you can do it!

I used to be the BIGGEST pussy in the world !!!
My confidence level was a mess... Sometime I was even shy to give orders to my driver (who my dad actually pays him at the end of the month... :/) and since I'm a guy... That's VERY bad...
So I just one day decided to change, and take control of my life !!
Always remember that this is your life and its Ur reality U're living in !!
Ur life is yours, don't let anyone/anything shape it.
Try to always keep relaxed, breath, smile, ITS YOUR LIFE!!
Control it the way U want it ;)
Alway put yourself and your values first ;)

Good luck !!
