I'm 16, is it legal for me to have plastic surgery?!

Question: I'm 16, is it legal for me to have plastic surgery?
I'm 16 years old and I hate my boobs. They aren't incredibly saggy but they don't look like they should. Yes, I'm going from pictures I've seen but even pictures of normal girls that they've taken themselves, so many of them have perfect boobs.
Is there anything I can do to make them perkier/firmer without having surgery that actually works?
If not is it legal for me to have breast lift surgery? Or do I have to wait until I'm 18?

Please don't waste time telling me it's "natural" or "boys won't care" because they will care and even if they don't I do. Don't tell me I should be happy with how I look because I'm not and I won't be. And don't try and change my mind. Please just help me out with my question.

Being that you are in the UK the rules may be different, so I am going to answer as best I know how.
It is my understanding that so long as you have parental consent, you can have such a surgery done, however, you may still be going through puberty depending on your stage of development. Often breast surgery candidates are told to wait until 18 for more than just legal reasons, you want to make sure that they aren't going to change more after the surgery. Hope this helps some, best wishes.

for that you will have to be 18. I don't blame you for wanting to fix it. It's your body and if that's gonna make you feel better than good luck!! But are you under weight? Sometimes putting a few lbs on helps. I'm 6'1 and I weigh 140 now and I have no chest left when I was 180 I was a full C. I wouldn't do implants till ur older tho like after you have kids so there are no major health problems. But lifts never hurt! Good luck!

To answer your question: you need parental consent for elective surgical procedures. Once you are 18, you can legally butcher your body any way you like.

You could get it, but you'd need parent concent. But you're still growing....so I don't think it'd be a good idea at all. But there are some work out machines at local gyms that work out pecks which work
