what is wrong with me?!


Question: What is wrong with me?
For the past week I have only been sleeping about 2-3 hours a night. I just cant sleep! i get really uncomfortable and hot and i keep tossing and turning and im soooo tired the next day working. and i dont take any naps when i get home but by the time night hits and i get into bed my sleepness totally goes away and im awake! if i do fall asleep i wake up SEVERAL times. whats been going on? i want my sleep back to normal!

Well,you said that your lack of sleep is due to your inability to get comfortable and that you also get too hot.So,you can try to make your bed a little more comfortable...by getting a egg crate mattress top for your bed,and also try making your bedroom a little more cooler.And,by doing these 2 things you may very well have a more restful nights sleep.I too can't sleep if my bedroom is too hot,and also if I can't get comfortable in my bed.I find some amount of comfort when I fluff my bed covers,and place them behind my back and also make my bedroom more cooler...using a box fan.So,try these 2 options,and hopefully you'll get s decent nights sleep.And,if these options have no effect on your sleep..then you may want to consider seeing your doctor.You may have an underlying medical condition,or you may be experiencing some stress related issues as well.And,the only way to get any relief from either is to see your doctor.

Take an exercise or drink milk after you sleep. I think it's an insomnia or maybe you're just too tired.



I get this too!
Maybe try a warm bath at night, or drink warm milk(yucky for me since I am lactose intolerant).
I used to take warm baths when younger and I slept much better than I do now.
