please explain to me how i can be a heavy sleeper so i can sleep long fast without being disrupted by sounds

Answers:

You can't really make yourself become a heavy sleeper if you aren't naturally one, however there are some things you can do to help you to have long interrupted sleep.

-Buy some lined or black out blinds curtains for your room to block out the light in your room.

-Make sure your bedroom is just for sleeping, apparently if your mind thinks of one room just being for sleep it helps it become less distracted and more relaxed there.

-Get some earplugs to use during the night to block out any noises which bother you during sleep
-Try meditating or doing a relaxed yoga pose before sleeping to help relax your body and mind

-You could also try using a sleep aid like Sominex or Nytol to help you get to sleep and stay asleep.

In normal sleep, the function of both motoric nervous system and the sensoric nervous system
(that normally work when you're awake to do activities that require coordination with the central nervous system)
will be blockaded.
Therefore, when sleeping, a person tends to not move and responsiveness is reduced.
There are some stages of sleep.
Awakening - REM stage - Stage 1 - Stage 2 - Stage 3 - Stage 2 - Stage 1 - REM stage - Awakening
(it's a cycle process). When you are in Stage 3, you're in the deepest stage of sleep. you're difficult to wake, and it's normal.
However, if the condition is beyond normal, let's say,
you're Always very hard to wake, and once you wake up you're still not fully awake, and it takes time to fully wake up and process things...
Then you might have a "sleep drunkenness".
It's a condition of people who have difficulty awakening and who often awaken in a confused or disoriented state.
It's a kind of sleeping disorder. I think you should consult this to a doctor..
