Question: I need help with my medical bills?
i am a 64 year old male and was recently diagnosed with cancer.it has already spred to my bones and i no my teatment is going to be expensive.i am to old for medicaid and a year to young for medicare,is there any where i can get help with my medical bills? i really dont want to worry my daughter with the cost of my treatment,she doesnt have health coverage either.

you are not too old for Medicaid, for one thing. it is based upon your income.
ask your oncologist to give you the name of the medical social worker that works with patients on this situation.
