Question: Do I have insomnia? I've tried everything?
Normally, I can go to sleep easily. This past week, I haven't able to. It takes me hours to get to sleep. I can feel myself starting to dream, and because I'm aware of it, I automatically start trying to control my dream. Something in me won't let me fall asleep like I want to. Tonight, I fell asleep at 4. I went to bed at exactly 12.

I want to sleep like a normal person again. Should I go to the doctor? When I go to sleep, I have no problems staying asleep.

what exactly is "tried everything"? Excercise is key to fixing insomnia problems. Make sure your body and mind are well knackered out before hitting the sack.



I would suggest trying to stay awake from 4:00 am until 12:00 am which I'm assuming is the time you got to bed. That happened to me too I would not sleep until 5:00 in the morning and I start working until 9:15 am so what I did is woke up at 5:00 am and I went to work but, did not go to sleep like usually do I stayed awake until 12:00 am. next morning I woke up full of energy and ready to work.
