My heart is palpitating once every minute?!

I know exactly how you feel, I have them alot.
Some palpitations are caused bye many different things.
If your under stress, what you need to do is when your having palpitations go find a quiet place, go outside on your porch, read something, or listen to music and take, slow deep breaths in through your nose, and out your mouth. So breath to heavily & cause you to black out. If it gets serious, or you think its serious, take yourself to the Hospital & explain to them your situation. Get a ride from sombody. Your mother isnt being a mother.

Interesting, I have these palpitations but only at night. I took some antibiotics that I had left over from another infection and it mostly went away. I think you should she the doctor. I went to the doctor but he didn't do anything for me.

Don't consume so much sugar and caffeine.
