Question: I have a physical coming up soon & don't know what to do.. ?
I'm 16, & I have a physical coming up in about 3 weeks. I cut a bit, most of the scars are gone except for a few on my wrist & thigh. The last time she saw, she wasn't too happy & told my mom to send me to the school psychiatrist (I only saw her once, & that was it, it wasn't mentioned again). I stopped for awhile, then started again, & I'm afraid of what will happen when she sees again. Is there any possibility that she won't say anything to my mom? :/ Any advice is great, thanks.

If she does see it then tell her that you would rather she didn't tell your Mum as the last time your Mum heard she got really upset. Tell her you used to do it but have now stopped and have it under control and that bringing it up again would only make things worse. Good luck
