Why do I feel dizzy when I don't take my depression meds?!

Question: Why do I feel dizzy when I don't take my depression meds?
Occasionally I forget to take my morning meds (celexa/citolopram 20mg, vit D 4000mg, vit B complex), and when I do, I feel really dizzy all day, especially at the top of an inhale. I plan to ask my doctor about it at my next appointment but that's not until June/July so I was just wondering if anyone had any input.

Answers:

Your body is used to the dosage you give it every morning, and when you suddenly take it away, your body will struggle to recover from it. It is kind of like a hangover. So I suggest you to continue taking it until the doctor tells you to wean off of it. Good luck :]

Consistent levels of medication have to be maintained in your system. Have you ever watered a plant too much? It becomes saturated and gets limp for a while. Nothing to do except wait for it to stabilize. If you water it too little, it becomes limp, and once you water it, you have to again wait for it to stabilize. Your body is really letting you know that you need to honor it with consistent attention to intake. :)

Good luck.

Experience is my source, and nature.

You may be experiencing withdrawal symptoms by not taking your medicine on time.
You should try to be consistent in taking your medicine regularly. Get yourself a timer
and set it to take your medicine on time. Get to the doctor soon as you can if you
can if you keep feeling these symptoms.
