Ants crawling on me and biting me!?!

Question: Ants crawling on me and biting me!?
I was skatin today and of course I was sweating. That was when the first ant came. It bit me. Not much more after that, only like 5 so I thought it was just an insect attack. When I was going to change into. a fresh shirt, I didnt look but when I rubbed my sweat off from my towel, all these ants crawled on my face and bit me, it stung like a g6. One even went into my nose. I can still feel them. Hurt like hell. So my friend saw it and said I might have diabetes if ants like me so much. I admit I drink alot of sweet drinks but I drink water sometimes haha. Omg I dont want diabetes. I drank coke and a lychee drink just now. I have not experienced any symptoms of diabetes so is it just that ants were attracted to my sweat which contained sweet stuff from the drinks I had earlier? Im 14 btw. And sorry if its at the wrong section. My phone wont let me change it

Well, you can't simply diagnose yourself from an insect bite. You do need some cream for those bites if they are bothersome/itchy.But,ants are very defensive...like honey bees, and other insets when it comes to defending their homes, and they will of course defend their home by biting whatever or whoever comes within their home territory.I highly doubt that you are diabetic simply due to the fact that ants bit you,nor does it have anything to do with your sweet blood(ants aren't blood suckers).
My advice...if those ant bites become bothersome/itchy? Then you should consider seeing your doctor for some cream that will help with the itchiness, but other than that...you'll be fine.
Take care.

They may have been fire ants. If you step near their nest they will attack you. Ants bite to defend themselves. They don't drink blood, so they have no way of knowing if you have diabetes. If you have no symptoms then you are probably fine.

Go talk to your doctor andwill give you cream or meds to put on the bites
Hope it stops so:)
