Sorry hon but this happens to everyone, particually to women of a european background such as portuguese, spanish or italian. I suggest not to worry about it as much because you are your own worst critic (keep that in mind) and try applying plenty of lotion to your legs that way the skin is much more radiant and takes away from any leg hair that seems to be growing back in seconds
Personal experience ;P i also have smooth soft brown hair too
you can't stop it.but, it sounds your leg hairs grow back rather quickly.
