Can someone tell me if these things are normal?!

Question: Can someone tell me if these things are normal?
I have two questions to ask.

1. I can pop my right heel and I have been able to pop it for quite a few years now. It doesn't hurt or anything when I do pop it except the popping noise my foot makes is really loud. Is this normal? Should I go to a doctor about it? I have had this for about 6 years and I never really thought about it getting looked at.

2. About half of my knee cap is bruised and has been that way for over a month. I have been keeping an eye on it for a while and it really hasn't faded. I have a family history of anemia. Would it be possible that I am anemic?

Answers:

1. This is actually neither normal or abnormal. This just means your body structure is different then most people's. For example, my sister can bend her elbow in the other direction than it's supposed to. Also, have you ever heard of "double-jointed"? You popping your heel is just like how some people can pop their thumb ( I can pop my pinkie), so it's nothing to be worried about.

2.Yes, it's possible you could be anemic because it runs in your family. Have you tried visiting a doctor about that? Also, does the bruise hurt? Do you remember doing anything physical where you could have fallen and hurt it? No matter what happens, don't worry, and I hope you get better soon!

No there not normal you should see the doctors about the problems you have. You might of dislocated your heel bone. My friend Dislocated his pinkey. And when this girl moves her thumb it pops.

wellit would be hard to tell with out seeing it but my shoulder has benn popping the same way and ive never had it checked out

GO SEE A DOCTOR! to both question .
