How to not throw up...?!

Question: How to not throw up...?
I'm in a hospital for anorexia, and have been eating 1800calories a day...I'm so full and feel like throwing up but I can't or they'll think it's purging on purpose...
How can I get rid of this feeling?
Oh I can't get water...only get what's on my tray

Answers:

I used to leave some of the things on my tray, if you eat the most important things first for example any vegetable or meat based products first and then finish with the carbohydrates (which i used to leave some of) that way you are getting most of the vitamins and minerals that you need without over eating. You do need to try and finish your tray because the calories are vital to recovery. but you dont have to finish it every day, try and build up how much you eat as your stomach re-expands.

I find that if i lay on my back with my knees up, take deep breaths and just relax, the nausea is relieved, also, if you asked for water im sure the hospital would happily oblige? lastly, sucking sweets used to help me, polos and clear mints especially.

i know what you're going through, but persevere! it is so worth it.

You're doing great. I was in the same position as you, which makes is easier to answer this question:) Ok, well if you feel incredibly full, that is perfectly fine. After a long experience, I found that it's better to feel like this, and your body will get used to it. If you are super full, just keep your mind occupied and do things that you like on the computer. It will eventually feel better. Trust me, I had the same feelings and was consuming a lot of calories per day. I am all better now. Just relax your mind, and keep it occupied.
Hope I helped!

You don't have to eat everything on your tray. These hospitals can NOT force any patient to eat every single thing on their trays.Impossible.
So,you should only eat what foods on your tray that you can handle/eat,and you shouldn't force yourself to finish the entire meal(s).The facility/hospital can NOT force you to eat the entire meal.Fact.
Take care and I hope everything works out for you.

Dont be anorexic?
