heyy, im sixteen and i starting developing spots when i was 13 years old, they spread from my forehead to the side of my face. :/ i went to the doctors and they prescribed me a benzyl peroxide cream for my face. it was a 2% strong cream but my spots did not budge so they moved it up to 5% and now there all gone :) go to your doctors, they have miracle creams and tablets that can help!
and i would also say don't wear any make up such as foundation on your face, it seriously doesent help :/ get some sun on your face and try not to use alot of face cleanser, it can irritate your face, hope it helps hun! ?

First of all, you are using way to many products. Wash your face morning and night, moisturise in the morning only. You only need 1 multivitamin a day, taking extra vitamins with herbal tablets will cause these skin reactions you're talking about. Don't take multivits or single vits with herbal tablets because it's to much for your system hence the spots and blotches. Use sudo cream on your spots and blotches, put it on say at 5pm and remove it with warm water only before bed and I swear your spots with be almost gone and the blotches will fade away. The cleanser your using sounds way to harsh for your skin. Remember your skin is your biggest organ and needs to breath.

personal experience.

Hi, I'm 14 years old too.. I have the same problem like you. Well, now I'm using Skin79 BB cream, it's Asian cream, but it's perfect :) It has 10 in 1 solution. It whitens, brightens, anti-aging, remove dark spots and many more. It has highest spf/sunscreen too :) you can check google for this cream and check which is suitable for your skin. I'm oily so I'm using Skin79 triple function BB cream or we used to call it Skin79 BB cream hot pink :) hope you can get it too. It's amazing. Goodluck :D

You could try one of the many over the counter cleanser/degreasers, most are based on peroxide, Panoxyl is a typical example. If this fails the next step is to see your GP for topical or oral antibiotics. Avoid tetracycline and oxytetracyline as they are awkward to take and not very effective, minocycline or lymecycline are better.

GP for more years than I care to remember

I use this: http://www.johnlewis.com/230445186/Product.aspx

absolutely brilliant!
