Can a penny have hiv bacteria?!
Question: Can a penny have hiv bacteria?
Answers:
probably not the penny .... and no unless there is fresh blood on it ... you wont get HIV .... i played a game called "Coin" back in school it was about having your fist on the table while the other person fired the ring in to your knuckle, and then you flipped the coin to see who's turn it was .... i tell ya i think i lost 1 liter of blood .... was like bloodbath and beyond .... god knows what disease i contracted there ... but hey i am fresh and healthy atm :) ... wont do it again tho ....
Whatever you have is not AIDs. It takes years, not months, for HIV to develop into AIDs. Unless the penny had blood infected with the HIV virus on it and you had a sore in your mouth or stomach, you wouldn't get HIV from the penny, and even then the chances are very small.
You may have meningitis, though, so you should see a doctor anyway.

If it has blood on it that is HIV positive, then yes.
