Well, if the vessels have closed up it will be very hard to get them to open back up. I have the same problem. My hands are always ice cold and my boyfriend is my walking foot warmer. You learn to live with it. If not, there are some medications that will help with blood circulations. Ask him next time if there's anything you can do to improve the circulation.
