I need someone to make me a life schedule so i am more organized and healthy ASA!


Question: I need someone to make me a life schedule so i am more organized and healthy ASAP?
My schedule is wake up at 650 get dressed and everything ready, leave at 730. Dont have time for much of a breakfast or time to make anything for lunch. Get home at 4 ish, have chores to do, spend time with dog and cat, shower, dinner and bed at 930. Im 18 but have to get a lot of sleep or i get sick. Thats still usually not enough sleep for me. And ive asked doctors about it they said i just need a lot of sleep, Theres nothing wrong that they can find. Anyway, could someone please make a schedule for me? On weekends i am usually busy on saturdays and on Sundays have about 2 hours free time.
I need time to make lunches for work, they have to be simple, all i have is a microwave to heat things up. I love chicken, grilled salmon, salads, rice and soya sauce, wraps, fruit, veggies and dip. Etc. Not sure whatelse to put. Hope thats enough.

ok the night before lay out your clothes to wear and the breakfast you are going to eat so it will save time in the AM. also prepare your lunch the night before so you can just grab it and go in the morning. then in the morning do your normal routine but hopefully the planning the night before will speed things up and maybe later on you could wake up a little later. when you get home do the chores first to get them over with. then relax for A little bit with your pets, maybe squeeze a nap in too if possible. then eat dinner and shower. after all that lay your clothes breAkfast and lunch out for the next day and then go to bed! hope this helps! :)



Making food for the next day should be part of your chore time of day. Trust me, I work 50 hours a week. Not only that, but it's a 30 mile commute to work for me, so if I work at 7:30 I have to be up no later than 5:30 AM. Plus I have a rigid fitness training regime outside of work because I'm also training for a marathon. No one could make a schedule for you without knowing anything about you, unfortunately. You're just going to have to work that out, and MAKE time to fuel your body. If I have time to feed myself during the week while still getting enough sleep, then you can do it too.
