Question: Sudden sensation of loss balance?
Here's how it happened. I was working as usual, as a cashier, when suddenly I felt lightheaded. I felt as if my balance was tipped, but it only happened for a short while, before I regained myself. 20 minutes passed and it happened again. Can anyone care to explain to me what happened?

There is something in the middle ear that controls balance, and also neurons in back of the head.
Maybe it was just the way you are holding or moving your head, like stand facing front and turning your head without turning your body.
Lightheaded is something else. Go get it checked out.
You need to eat and drink water more frequently!
sounds like Vertigo. I get it and have to take tablets prescribed by the doctor.
