Question: Messed up my Circadian Rhythm?
Last weekend was one of those weekends where I stayed up all night, & slept mostly during the day.This week has been horrible for me.Today I got sleepy around 3-4pm, but I didn't nap.I waited till about 8:30 pm to go to sleep.I ended up waking up around 2:49 am.I don't understand why I keep waking up in the middle of the night.Does anyone have any tips on how I could get my sleeping schedule back to normal again?

Answers:

Try to go to bed at your regular sleeping time. Stay in bed even if you are fully awake, to train your body to go to sleep.

In the morning, try to get as much sunlight as possible. Exercise.

Doing these several times in arow will reset your internal rhythm to normal.
