Question: Jog in place for 10 min now right after I am swaying?
Ok for the past year I have been in the hospital for unknown chest pain turned out that my chest tore away from my beast bone, then I got sick with repeat sinus infection, ear and upper respiratory infections, then I started getting sever neck and head pain so I had to get a full body CT scan and that came back fine so I went to the Nero doctor turned out I have a cervical strain pushing that damaged my cervical nerve.
And I just strained both my shoulders when we moved into a mold free home.
I still have the cervical strain and shoulder strain I have to go to PT and massage therapy
We moved out of the mold home

My cervical strain causes vertigo and other things and feels in my body because it damaged my nerve in my neck so its putting me through HELL and after my jog I turned my neck and it tightened so I have a feeling the swaying (the feeling is gone now my neck my I am getting col shock through my neck)
Should I keep jogging everyday even though my neck is injured?

I want to love 5 or 10 pound my BMI is perfect BUT my belly has gotten a little thick but not much I just want to lose just a FEW pounds.

I am 155~160 I want to be 150 I am 5'9 female I am 14

PS, I started getting really ill with NO cause so I looked up mold and we decided to get a mold testt come to find out we had 3 DEADLY mold in the bathroom that was now air born I am not allergic but I was breathing in SO much of it that I was becoming ill because it was building in my sinus.

I have a Somatization disorder

Answers:

If you have a cervical nerve compression syndrome, you should absolutely be avoiding all "high impact" exercise. This includes jogging in place.

Try swimming instead for aerobic exercise.
