Question: My ears have been plugged for almost a week?
My ears have been plugged for almost a week and when I talk it sounds like its in my head or underwater or something. I am a singer so... My doctor said "there's nothing much we can do". Seriously??? So anything that would help would be MUCH appreciated. thanks!

Take the earplugs out! You don't need them beyond the loud recording session!
Okay seriously, get a second opinion from another doctor.
Try a ear candle my aunt uses them all the time with my cousins their kind of expansive (at least the kind she buys) so for a cheaper way try putting peroxide in your ears my uncle ( not related to the aunt) does it and says it works
Go have them 'syringed', you may have a wax build up. Sounds horrible but it's actually very pleasant! :)
