Question: Does this make sense?
After I play videogames for a while and my eyes hurt, taking a shower makes my eyes feel replenished again and not strained because of the water. Is this normal?
Answers:
You're straining your eyes, the warm water opens up the small blood vessels of the face and eyeballs, and therefore relieve eye strain.
The best thing that you can do is go to your eye doctor. I used to have same problems too because i play for long hours. I found out I have astigmatism :)
