Ok, so, since yesterday i'm sick. yesterday morning and until late night i had a high fever. now it's lower and almost normal. But whenever i blow my nose my snot is something like yellow and a little orange. I don't think that's what it's supposed to look like. I don't know if these details will help but i really want to now what's wrong with me:

Most likely you have a bad cold and you may also have a sinus infection. But give it a few days. These things usually clear up on their own. Drink plenty of fluids. Sip on hot liquids and breathe in the steam. Consider using a netti pot with a saline rinse solution to help clear up the congestion. You can buy them at the drug store.
