What happens if you sleep in the morning?!
Question: What happens if you sleep in the morning?
Answers:
Some people can handle it well and others can't.
IF you can be disciplined and REALLY get to bed and sleep seven hours or so, it could work for you.
The problem is that your body will fight its natural rhythm. We are programed to sleep when it is dark and be awake when it is light.
Blackout curtains are a MUST, as is a good system to eliminate noise. While you might "sleep through anything," in order for your body to truly get into a sound sleep, it should be quiet.
One of the biggest problems people have is that they take care of other obligations that other people do during the day instead of sleeping. It is easy to want to join in when the rest of the world is awake. You WILL need to be self-disciplined and get cooperation from those around you.
I've seen some folks who handle it just fine. Others are more sensitive to the light/dark cycle. I am in the latter group--even changing to daylight savings time makes me feel like I have jet lag!
IF I were you, I would only do this short term.
Good luck!
