Question: Are there and moves i can do to get blood flow through my knees?

I am pasty white but, blood doesn't flow through my knees. My knees are darker then the rest of my body. My friends call me ashy legs and my guy friends like to make dirty jokes. I would like to go out the house without having to cover my knees, when its really hot i wanna wear short shorts but, i cant. Sometimes i wear flesh tone tights but, i cant wear flesh tone tights when i go swimming in my bikini.
