What causes stinky burps and gas?!

Question: What causes stinky burps and gas?
I occasionally started getting really bad tasting and smelling burps along with an upset stomach and gas. Usually there is also loose stool accompanying it. The burps have to be the worst though, because they taste so bad I want to throw up every time I do it. They can last anywhere from a few hours to 48 hours or so. I thought maybe acid reflux but I no longer think it is that. Now I'm thinking its something I'm eating or drinking, but the only thing I'm consistently eating or drinking is Orange Juice. So unless its the OJ I guess it's something wrong with me. I also saw it could be some kind of parasite, but I'm not sure that's it because it comes and goes. Help :O

You need to have a referral to see a gastrologyst to have a test where they put a scope down your throat into your stomach and one through your bowel under anesthetic to find out if you have an ulcer or something going on in your bowel he will also suggest you change your diet what to avoid and may also suggest you see a dietitian stop the orange juice it is too acidic eat yogurt with a good acidophiles and or yak-ult if you can once a day in it also take inner health plus tablets available from your chemist avoid greasy food rich in spice food gas creating foods like baked beans, broccoli, cabbage, beans, peas, cheese… drinks, caffeine drinks, drink plenty of water eat fresh salads and normal meals. eat hi fibre bread if you can get a book go on a low GI diet borrow one from your library! Try Ayurveda. It deals about the constitution of you, and to choose the diet accordingly. The main thing is to be in balance, which means to have 'vata', 'pitta' and 'kapha' in balance. The diet affects them. Accordingly we might feel acid, we might feel to have too much of slime, or too much air.

Read a few books about the topic and slowly adjust your diet. Eventually, you will feel fantastic.

Ayurveda is soft Indian medicine.

LOL they're just natural gases building up! try taking some tums or rolaids :D
