Why do people get more worried about things at night?!


Question: Why do people get more worried about things at night?
Answers:

I get worried and upset while lying in bed.

I think your mind just wanders more and you are much more physically exhausted then any other time. Also, maybe something psychological about the dark...



Because your lying in the dark with your mind and thoughts trying to sleep but worrying at night is bad it causes a bad sleep if not insomnia therefore soothing music and learning the art of meditation of training your brain to think of happy things the sun warming your body the sinking feeling of your body into a soft cloud if you can't sleep read a simple book that isn't mentally challenging until you fall asleep and never have a tv in your room and drink warm milk and horlicks or cocoa before bed this acts on the brains chemicals to promote sleep naturally and set the same time to go to bed Hope this helps Hugs Granny M x
